These terms cover your use of Wrapline, run by HitScore Labs LLC. By signing in you agree to them.

The service

Wrapline builds marketing reports from data you connect, with summaries written by an AI model. Features can change and it may be unavailable at times.

Plans and payment

• The Free plan needs no card. Solo and Agency are monthly subscriptions. A single report and the pitch add-on are charged once.
• Stripe takes the payment. You can cancel a subscription from the billing page. Cancelling stops the next charge. When the subscription ends, the account returns to Free, keeps the clients it has, and can't add more than the Free plan allows.
• A one-time purchase that hasn't been used can be refunded if you write to support@wrapline.app within 14 days. A subscription period that has already started isn't refunded.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect accounts you are allowed to connect, and only send reports to people who expect them.
• Review before you send. Wrapline checks that numbers in a summary come from your data, but it can't know your client's context. Your name is on the report and you are responsible for what you send.
• Don't use the service to break the law or to send spam.

Your data

You keep ownership of your data and your clients' data. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy page.

No guarantees

The service is provided as it is. Figures come from Google and may differ from other tools because of sampling, delays and different definitions. To the extent the law allows, HitScore Labs LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

Ending

You can stop using Wrapline any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Contact: support@wrapline.app.
